We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, except as required by law. ‍As part of using the Service, you may upload content related to your tokenomics design or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content. However, by uploading content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

‍These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
